Focus on Green Power Generation

JGC has been promoting activities in a wide range of areas in order to attain clean energy development and green power generation, with the clear aim of contributing to conservation of the global environment. In the field of natural gas, JGC is implementing activities to construct a DME (Dimethyl Ether) plant. In the oil area, JGC had constructed the IGCC (Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle) power plant that gasifies residual oil and reforms it into a clean power generation fuel to generate power by combined cycle. To help contribute to the conservation of the global environment, JGC has been active in a wide range of areas related to clean energy development and green power generation. JGC's oil and gas-related clean energy activities include the construction of a DME (dimethyl ether) plant, as well as an IGCC (Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle) power plant to gasifiy residual oil and transform it into a clean fuel for power generation by combined cycle. JGC is also putting increasing effort into renewable energy development projects.
