Profile

JGC Plantech is a wholly-owned subsidiary of JGC. In 1976, the quality control and maintenance inspection sections parted from JGC to establish NIKKI Inspection Services Co., Ltd. (NISCO) to specialize in inspection and quality control acyivities. At the outset, as its name suggests, NISCO mainly provided on-the-spot inspection services in operating plants.
The company name was changed to JGC Plantech, in 1993. Since then, the company has been offering technical solutions for facilities' quality, safety, productivity, and environmental safeguards in many sectors ranging from oil and LNG facilities, to the nuclear, environmental, pharmaceutical, and food processing industries.
